Instead title pages are specific to exclusive sale in Hartford CT by G. Fox & Co. and exclusive sale in New York and Philadelphia by John Wanamaker. Both copies, t.p. verso: "Printed and bound by the Manhattan Press, New York." "NOTICE TO PURCHASER" (first printed page of HU copies; view one at HathiTrust) sets other restrictions. HathiTrust appears to catalogue a copy that is specific to Woodbury Book Co. in Danville IL; perhaps from a University of Michigan record of its copy from UM (which lacks all front leaves), or from WorldCat record OCLC 9240162. One dealer at ABEbooks reports (quote): Printed publisher's statement to front pastedown; this copy with over-printed slug on title page: "L.F. Issing / Special Edition / For sale exclusively by us in Danbury, Conn.".
