Limited   Stationers' Hall Court (viewed online as linked in ISFDB publication records). Some 1850s/60s newspaper advertisements of William P. Nimmo publications state (quote):   Published by William P. Nimmo, Edinburgh;   London: Simpkin, Marshall & Co. One 1869 advertisement footer appears to make Simpkin, Marshall a London agent of Nimmo:   Published by William P. Nimmo, Edinburgh;   sold by Simpkin, Marshall & Co., London;   and all Booksellers. One 1907 library record OCLC 39379097 implies co-publication with Nimmo's successor, but another BL 000617377 does not mention Simpkin, Marshall.
