By June 1980 (according to their publication of "Space Ranger" then), this was the official NEL series: 1 Space Ranger 2 Pirates of the Asteroids 3 Oceans of Venus 4 The Big Sun of Mercury 5 The Moons of Jupiter 6 The Rings of Saturn However, back in the 1970s they published them this way: 2 Pirates of the Asteroids 3 The Big Sun of Mercury 4 Oceans of Venus 5 The Rings of Saturn "The Moons of Jupiter" is referenced as "also available in NEL" in "The Rings of Saturn" September 1974, but "Oceans of Venus" August 1974 doesn't mention it - but does confirm "Space Ranger" as the first in the series. "Lucky Starr" is not part of any of the NEL titles.
