Note: This publication adds a satirical look at the world to accompany the more serious Short Form. Only 7 issues were produced, all accompanying issues of Short Form . Two of the issues, the first and third, were part of the corresponding Short Form issues. There was no The Green Pages with the first issue of Short Form edited by Mark L. Van Name (V2n1), but all later issues were accompanies by a copy of The Green Pages. Although not stated, it was clearly written/edited by Orson Scott Card.
