  • Note: London 1842 to 2003 "appeared first on Saturday 14 May 1842, as the world's first illustrated weekly news magazine. Founded by Herbert Ingram, it appeared weekly until 1971, then less frequently thereafter, and ceased publication in 2003." --Wikipedia "The entire Illustrated London News digital archive is available" in some sense. --ILN.co.uk Victorian Fiction Research Guides (above) provides "The Illustrated London News (1842-1901) and The Graphic (1869-1901)". It contains both an index by author and a chronological list of contents and for both The Illustrated London News and The Graphic (both for fiction to 1901 only). Two numbered volumes each year, even number first. HathiTrust Digital Library (catalog record, another) evidently holds about 75% of volumes 1-65 (1842 to 1874) and scattered volumes thereafter.
