Note: Published as The Ludgate Monthly from it's beginning in May 1891 through October 1893 (30 issues), then as The Ludgate Illustrated Magazine from November 1893 through February 1895 (24 issues), then as The Ludgate for the final 94 issues. It merged with The Universal Magazine after the February 1901 issue.
