  • Note: Subscription rates were 3/- for six issues, hence 6 pence per issue, and that price was generally listed on the cover. Internally, it notes that the cost of a single issue was 7d (or 15¢ US), so that is the price generally shown for the issues here. As of issue 8 or 9, the price went up to 5/- for 4 issues (1/3 per issue), and copies were available only by subscription. For those issues we give only the subscription per issue cost.
