Note: Published by Rowlot Ltd. (London, England, UK.) Edited by James Manning. The first 16 issues were published in 3 volumes. The last, 16th, issue, did not have a volume designation. The numbering scheme within the 3 volumes was somewhat inconsistent, but each issue had a unique number (1-16.) Issue 1 appeared in 1978, issues 2-7 in 1979, issues 8-13 in 1980 and issues 14-16 in 1981.
