Note: There are fifteen issues of the quarterly fanzine Farmerphile. The publisher is Michael Croteau, also the webmaster of the Official Philip José Farmer Web Page. The editors were not always credited, but this information came from the editors themselves. The first nine issues were edited by Christopher Paul Carey and Paul Spiteri. The last six issues were co-edited by Win Scott Eckert and Paul Spiteri. The issues are not priced, but were sold for $10.00 (issues 1-10) or $11.00 (Issues 11-15). Of each issue there are 25 copies signed by Farmer. These were sold for $40.00 per issue.
