Notes: Unlike most books in the Liverpool series, this volume was only released in a hardcover edition. The Liverpool website claims that the book was "Published in North America by Syracuse Univ.", their link for North American customers take them to the University of Chicago Press (which does not currently have it available for sale). But neither WorldCat, Amazon, nor Bookfinder know of any copy published by either Syracuse or Chicago. It seems likely that Syracuse distributed copies that were published by Liverpool, and hence appear to be the same as this edition.
