    • The four-page introduction appears on unnumbered pages, so the pages before the first numbered page have been added to this record in order to place it.
    • "Collector's Notes" (uncredited) are on a double-sided laid-in sheet.
    • This edition appears to be the first hardcover edition.
    • Locus1 dates this as February 1990, but this can not be confirmed because of the difficulty in determining the publication date of Easton Press editions. Every indication of a date in the book points to 1986.
