It was given a similar title in order to confuse distributors and customers who might not otherwise have distributed or purchased it. The only entries of interest are editorial material and two pieces of fiction. The flying saucer entries are not included. The cover is an uncredited composite photograph of the movies 'Forbidden Planet' and 'Captive Women'. 'Public Servant' is illustrated with a movie photo of unknown origin.
