Notes: 11th Edition, revised and englarged. The First printing of the 11th Edition has a 1901 date on the title page. There was also an "Author's Edition" with a 1901 date on the title page. It was bound in a cream colored cloth similar to the author's "Stringtown on the Pike" binding and stated Author's Edition on the front cover. Some printings show a later title page date and some have no title page date.
