Astounding, April, May, & June 1960. Includes reproductions of artwork by Freas from each of those issues, & of the cover art by Freas from the April 1960 issue. (This was the cover story for that issue.) The first two interior illustrations apparently formed a single illustration, broken by the gutter, in the magazine. The HTML edition also contains hidden page numbers, running 1-130. These probably bear no relationship to magazine page numbers, but have been used for pagination here.
The listings at the top of the edition give the author's name as "Gordon Randall Garrett"; however, the listing within the text gives this as "Mark Phillips"; & the original book publication (as
The Impossibles) gives that as a pseudonym of Randall Garrett & Laurence M. Janifer.
