  • Publication: Four-Day PlanetPublication Record # 260975
  • Author: H. Beam Piper
  • Date: 2006-10-06
  • Catalog ID: 19478
  • Publisher: Project Gutenberg
  • Format:
ebook?Used for all electronic formats, including but not limited to EPUB, eReader, HTML, iBook, Mobipocket, and PDF.
  • Type: NOVEL
  • Notes: HTML ebook. Also available as plain text (iso-8859-1 & us-ascii); all formats are available from etext #19478. A transcriber's note says: "The attribution is not a part of the original book." I'm not quite sure what is meant by that. This appears to be produced from an Ace Double edition with Lone Star Planet. The reproduced material says, "Cover art by Michael Whelan", but no artwork is included. Page numbers, presumably from the original, are included in the margins. Various blurbs are included, but it's not always clear where they were placed in the original. The Project Gutenberg info gives the author as Henry Beam Piper, but the text itself gives H. Beam Piper. The following note appears before the text: "Produced by Greg Weeks, Sankar Viswanathan, and the Online Distributed Proofreading Team at http://www.pgdp.net".
