Mammoth Man is listed as "Prehistoric #1" and Two Days of Terror as "Prehistoric #2". Central character is Magdah in H&H.
Synopsis comparison this "group of 2050 individuals transferred to Jurasaic period" (this title). Reasonably this would then be #1, followed by #2 & # 3 in mammoth period. Additional synopsis of Magdah #2 has reference to time probe.
Reasonably the series would start with this book and the Magdah books would follow according to H&H as 2 & 3 in series. Also the printing date is probably late 1951, followed according to H&H by February 1952 and May 1952. Artist would go from Pollack, Ratcliff, old pre 1952 artists for Hamilton and then Panther. Turner, the last artist is only an occasional Panther artist of 1952 on (3-6 books) (and may have done the art under the table [total speculation]).
