Notes: Scheduled for September 1980 publication, this edition was probably never published. There was an ad for it in Locus #233 (May 1980), announcing a printing of 2100 copies in two variants: trade numbered edition for $24.95 and a boxed edition of the first 350 copies for $34.95. The last variant had an extra plate, signed and numbered by the author and the artist, George Barr. All efforts to find a copy of this edition have been fruitless.
