P2 verification copy has 2/6 printed on the spine bottom, price on the cover is visible, but damaged. Icshi indicates this edition as the second Digit printing (November 1962) and Valigursky as the possible artist. Tuck verifies the price and year as 1962 OCLC/WorldCat has 1963
