    • This is a print-on-demand facsimile reprint of the original Captain Future pulp magazine.
    • Publication date is from Amazon.com. as of 2012-04-26. According to the indicia on the facsimile's contents page, the date of publication of the original pulp was 1941-06-00.
    • The title of the magazine is Captain Future: Man of Tomorrow on the magazine's front cover, but the contents page says Captain Future: Wizard of Science, however the indicia states that the title of the magazine is just Captain Future.
    • All the artwork is uncredited, credit is given through the artist's signatures.
    • There are unsigned, Captain Future character portraits on p 17 (Captain Future), p 18 (N'Rala), p 19 (Ul Quorn), p 27 (Johnny Kirk), p 31 (Harris Haines), p 34 (Otho), p 35 (Grag), p 44 (The Brain), and p 65 (Phantom Priest). Most of these are migratory, and move from one Captain Future novel to another.
    • Each of the sixteen chapters of the Captain Future novel open with an unsigned drop-case micro-illustration.
    • "The Worlds of Tomorrow" is a non-fact article dealing with aspects of the Captain Future mythology. This column's Atlas' artwork is unsigned, but may be Alex Schomburg's work.
    • "The Man Who Awoke" originally appeared in Wonder Stories, March 1933 and would be serialized in three part in Captain Future: Summer 1941, Fall 1941, and Winter 1942. This issue reprints, in facsimile, the first eight pages, the first three chapters, and three spot illustrations from the story's original publication.
