  • Notes: High Adventure is a print-on-demand magazine dedicated to reprinting rare pulp fiction. •The magazine's date is January 2009 while Amazon.com gives the printing date as 2009-02-10. •Jim Anthony was two characters, he started off as a Doc Savage superhero, although he later converted over to a hard-boiled detective, this is one of the earlier stories from Super-Detective, January 1941. •This novel is assumed to be written by Victor Rousseau Emanuel, who can be found on this site as Victor Rousseau, John Grange is a house name. •This is the fourth story in the series. •There are thirteen chapters, each headed with an uncredited micro-illustration. •There are also twenty-six more quarter, half, three-quarter, and full page illustrations scattered throughout the novel.
