    • LCCN: 79-189873. No ISBN. The LCCN, listed on p. 2, looks like a 1979 publication, but there is substantial verification that this number appears on the 1972 publication. (E.g., one owner dated his copy for the day he received it, and that copy includes the "79-189873" LCCN listing. The Library of Congress entry under that number also states that this was a 1972 publication.)
