Lafferty appears to have made a numbering error when signing them as an errata slip has been inserted into the binding printing out the limitation and pointing out which number is associated with the copy. e.g. a confirmed copy is numbered #1/49 by Lafferty but the inserted errata slip indicates that it is #49 of the 126 copy limited edition.
