Notes: Excerpt prepared to be given away in bookstores to promote "Choice of Evil." This appears to have been produced by Vachss himself as it makes no reference at all to the publisher. There are two references to websites, one is www.vachss.com and the other is www.choiceofevil.com which redirects to Vachss' site. Produced from a single piece of heavy coated card stock folded 3 times to produce an 8 "page" booklet. Finished booklet is approximately 2" x 3". Cover artist uncredited but the art from the finished book is used and so that is where the artist credit comes from.
