Notes: 3000 copies were printind in 1955 per Chalker/Owings. Of these, 1500 were bound in 1955 with the remaining 1500 bound in 1957. Lloyd Arthur Eshbach lists a third printing of 1500 copies in Over My Shoulder but does not give a date. Verified copy has a price clipped jacket, but lists the title in an advertisement on the back cover for $2.75. Other books first published in 1957 are also listed.
