This was a fund-raising issue to raise money to purchase an electric mimeograph for Higgs' birthday. The issue contains essays, by Eva Jane Clevenger and K.M. Carlson, requesting members donate $1 (or any amount) to the effort, and a description of current and upcoming projects by Ray Higgs.
