When the first issue sold out more quickly than they thought it would, a second printing was created with a red cover (because the printer was out of the green previously used). These are the most rare copies of this issue. No publisher indicated. Centerfold pages (between 26-27) are not numbered and are not included in the page numbering at the bottom of all the other pages. There are a number of spot illustrations scattered throughout the issue which are not credited.
