Winston (1921)").   Amazon US now provides for this ASIN (same quoted data) a link to file 513j8347l9L.jpg, an image that presumably fits the US-only blurb "reproduction of a book published before 1923". Its front cover design matches that at HDL (linked above), same as that linked from Amazon UK except gold trim and relief.   Perhaps the 1st ed. 1st printing has a plain cover without gold trim or relief, and paste-on cover illustration, as the HDL image may suggest.
