    • Cover image (front jacket) from Amazon UK 2018-08-02 as "Hardcover – 1 Jan 1965" and "Hutchinson; First Edition edition (1965)". The illustration is visibly signed "Chas Addams"; Amazon US as McGraw-Hill (US ed.) shows only a plain grey front cover but states "Charles Addams (illustrator)". No UK or Hutchinson edition found today at ABEbooks.co.uk, when one seller provides a front jacket image showing apparently identical illustration and design as "McGraw-Hill, New York, 1965".
