    • 'Club-Magazin' spans over pages 99-102.
    • An oversized, folded art poster (with a blank back) is inserted staplebound into the center of the magazine.
    • P. 108 is an ad page.
    • There are some more pieces of interior art, but their artists are unidentifiable (not credited, not signed), and therefore not indexed.
