Those in Oct/Nov newspapers and the December Bookman display the heading "Lawrence & Bullen's Autumn Announcements" and do not indicate that some books are ready. Mid-December this one is noted "[Ready." It is covered in review columns, The Academy 1894-12-01 p445 and Manchester Guardian -12-11 p10.
