    • Gutter code "K36" on page 278 indicates a printing in September 1980.
    • Gutter code "V13" on page [281] is also verified. This would indicate a printing date in March 1980, shortly after the book's trade edition release. This may indicate that the book was available earlier to another Doubleday book club or that the numbers were transposed as V31 would make more sense.
