As of February 2019, HathiTrust holds bound volumes 2 and 6, of six semiannual volumes, whose title pages display (quote last two lines): G. P. Putnam & Son, 661 Broadway. // 1868. G. P. George Palmer Putnam (18141872) dissolved Wiley & Putnam, his partnership with John Wiley, in 1848 (or 1847, which the Library of Congress reports for Wiley & Putnam). Both partners continued in the business, each eventually with two sons.
