Note: This short-lived (1952-1953) horror series, published by Éditions Jacquier, produced only four titles and then stopped, due to lack of success. All covers were illustrated by Yves Martin. A fifth volume, La main morte by Frédéric Charles, was announced on the back of #4, but was only published some time later as #21 of the "Série Policière", with the original design of the horror series (black background, red blood dripping in the top right-hand corner).
