Note: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 1840 to 1858 Volumes XVIII to LIII (semiannual) (Numeration follows that of The Casket. --EAPoe.org) Graham's Lady's and Gentleman's Magazine is only the earliest of several titles for "Graham's Magazine" (its primary name at Wikipedia). George Rex Graham (1813–1894) founded the monthly literary magazine by merger after acquiring Burton's Gentleman's Magazine and Atkinson's Casket in December 1840. Editors include Edgar Allan Poe (1841-42), Rufus Wilmot Griswold (from 1842), Graham as of 1848-50 when he temporarily lost ownership, and Charles Godfrey Leland after Graham departed in 1853 or 1854. --Wikipedia
