Synopsis: Dr. Carpenter has been invited to lecture in America; his wife is making arrangements for the trip, the way she arranges everything in their lives. Before his departure Dr. Carpenter carries out a plan to murder his wife and hide her in the hole in the cellar that he'd told her was a new wine bin. Will he get away with it?
