Note: The first printing of this book lists the editor as Nora Kramer on both the cover and the title page. This was corrected to Edna Mitchell Preston with the 2nd printing, and is listed as such on the 2nd, 3rd, and 14th printing (that we have verified). There is no difference in contents between the 1st and later printings, hence it appears that this was an error due to Nora Kramer having edited the very similarly titled "Arrow Book of Ghost Stories" two years earlier.
