<<ROUGH TRANSLATION>> There's the City. To the heart, the central Computers, which control the time and people. There is the Periphery, ruined domain of the Mutants, oscillating between two stages. And there's the Campaign, a legend for the citizens, dream for the Mutants, freezing reality for others. For the polar cold inexorably expands its tentacles of frost - constantly repulsed by the computers of the City. there's the time that goes awry, projects that crumble and nascent dreams. there's the programmed life of the City, wild life of the Periphery, vegetative life of the Campaign. There is hope at last - hope for better times in the midst of chaos, hope to survive to the white wolves, the hope to find a piece of reality.
