Synopsis: As the situation deteriorates aboard an asteroid sized alien starship housing sample colonies of various sentient species, due to criminal elements seizing power in the human colony, the powers operating the ship must step in and stabilize things until the ship reaches its destination, where the ultimate fate of the various passengers will be decided.
