Note: From Poláček's 1991 debut coll Ex machina. (Misstated as original publication in Winterfliegen.) Written for the SF club/fanzine AF 167's theme contest Klíčem je energie (The Key is Energy): deadline in late 1988, won third place in spring 1989, but apparently that year winners were not published in the fanzine like in the previous years. The title refers to "sensate focusing session" from Jake's Thing by Kingsley Amis (or rather its 1985 Czech translation), the whole story paraphrasing its topics.
