Synopsis: As Canada races with China for primacy in sending colonists out from an ecologically devastated Earth, a badly wounded female Canadian soldier who has been treated with nanobots of alien design which allow her to interface with the controls of a faster than light ship also based on alien design struggles with the task, as various aspects of her past and present also reach the crisis point.
