Title: The Black Arts Title Record # 1895682
Author: Philip K. Dick
Date: 1942-09-16
Type: SHORTFICTION
Length: short story
Language: English
Note: WARNING: Could have been mistitled by Gregg Rickman in his bibliography for To the High Castle, Philip K. Dick: A Life 1928-1962: in the course of the monography only a story with the title 'The Black Box' is described (as 'a tale of magic'), for which in turn no entry in the bibliography is to be found; but note that there would be the similar titled shortfictions 'The Magician's Box' & 'The Little Black Box'. Published in the 'Young Author's Club' column edited by 'Aunt Flo' (Florita Cook) of The Berkeley Daily Gazette according to Rickman.
