Note: A word count of the German translation of this work resulted in approx. 38000 words, which would make it a novella and not a novel according to the ISFDB rules. However, the word count of a German translation from a Spanish original is usually a lot less than the Spanish original. English translations also have a lot less words than Spanish originals. Due to this, and without a Spanish copy at hand to do a word count, it is assumed that the original Spanish work has a lot more words than the mentioned translations and is therefore a novel according to ISFDB rules.
