OCLC 089559633 seems to reference the 1st edition hardcover, but includes the ISBN for the Greenwood edition and the sole holding library lists the LCCN for the Greenwood edition. OCLC 818852361 seems to reference the 1st edition hardcover, but includes the ISBN for the Greenwood edition. One supposed holder no longer has it and the other quotes the LCCN for the Greenwood edition. The LOC catlg number has 1980 but the local catlg number has 1964. Google Books has an entry for 1992, but nothing beyond the title, author and this date.
