Synopsis: In a future where humanity lives on planets secured by impenetrable shields, where any sort of surroundings and scenes are available simply by wishing for them, the Minister of Defense's contentment is disturbed when he is visited by a delegation from a distant minor planet who wish assistance in building spaceships to venture beyond the stasis of security and comfort.
