Synopsis: Wanting to make a true difference with his life (and his doctorate in literature), Denric chooses to go to the planet Sandstorm and establish a school. Captured by creatures known as Edger-demons Denric faces his greatest fears to escape, finding the inner core of his character and saving his life to survive.
Takes place Earth year ~2236-2237 after Soz enters the Academy, but before Kelric does, though he has decided to.
