Later reprints conclude with composition date "1963", used in standard bibliographies too. FantLab publication 71858 claims the 1st ed is just an excerpt; however other sources do not, in particular the thorough sssf-ru.narod2.ru/bibliografiya_fantastiki_a_evdokimova/proizvedeniya_russkih_i_sovetskih_avtorov/sh/ which notes excerpts explicitly elsewhere and gives page nums as 16, 17, 22. As Nedelya was Sunday version of large-format newspaper Izvestiya and the story is quite short (35k chars), likely it was complete or cut not much more than in US genre mags of the time.
