As of volume 145 (1922), the latest in the public domain, the title Harper's Monthly Magazine remained in use on the title page of the volume as bound, with Harper's Magazine atop the first page of each issue (eg, June 1922, no. 865, page 1).
The variously titled monthly is distinct from Harper's Weekly, or Harper's Weekly: A Journal of Civilization, 1857 to 1916 (Harper's Weekly Magazine)
Cornell University Library (top page) provides full view of interior contents as bound in semiannual volumes, with indexes presented at the beginning of June and December issues
