This copy has neither dust jacket nor signature. Plain titled (Edgar Rice Burroughs The Exhaustive Scholar's and Collector's Descriptive Bibliography) cover, no cover image/artist. There is a title-like page stating simply "Edgar Rice Burroughs" over "The Bibliography", which precedes the actual title page. Acknowledgements are dated January 1996. There are interior illustrations, mostly cover images but some signed/copyrighted images. There is no separate index of credits, the regular index lists images and covers under the artist's name. Per the author, "There is no official date for the corrected 1996 version, but I can give you an unofficial and approximate date of late January or February 1997."
