Note to Moderator:
UK publisher so price from Amazon UK. Adding price and fixing format (19.9x12.8 cm is a UK B format -- aka tp). Fixing the date (UK books on Amazon.com have messed up dates these days). Adding publisher site. Fixing number of pages - same as with the date. Removing "Reading the City" as a pub series - the publisher does not have it, I do not see it in Look inside - who knows where Amazon.com found it; A City in Short Fiction at least is written on the cover.
