Two titles are incorrectly printed in the table of contents: "Patent Pending" is listed as "Patents Pending", and "The Defenestration of Ermintrude Inch" is listed as "The Defestration of Ermintrude Inch". Both are given correctly in the story headings. The table of contents lists "The Ultimate Melody" and "The Pacifist" as starting on pp. 52 and 64 respectively, but they actually start on p. 54 and 62.
